So this summer is well defined by my crazy watch of Million Dollar Listing, The White Room Challenge, and embarrassingly enough, lots of HGTV that either deal with real estate or interior design. Don't judge me. Or go ahead. But I like this crap. Especially MDL, they make a cuss ton of money working a deal for maybe a month and bang. $100,000+. Crap that's awesome.
Enough of that.
Anyway, this is based off a find in Tribeca, a lovely district in my dream area to live, NYC.
Check out this bad boy triplex. So sick.
The furnishings are not completely my taste, but I dig the vibe of the eclectic thing. It's just my eclectic is different.
Now this I love because I'm an absolute sucker for exposed brick and ventilation up at the ceiling. Not to mention a place filled with books.
And this takes my breath away. In that it actually grabs my breath by the neck and tosses it out the window. Cussing beautiful. I would actually consider cooking in this kitchen.
total cost: $49.5 million.
and my dreams can go suck it.
